TelmaJourney AM contains Telmisartan 40 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg, a combination of an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) and a calcium channel blocker (CCB). It is formulated for the management of hypertension and provides complementary blood pressure-lowering effects through two different mechanisms of action.
Therapeutic indications
TelmaJourney AM is indicated for the treatment of hypertension in adults. It may be used in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with either Telmisartan or Amlodipine alone, or as replacement therapy in patients already receiving the same doses of the individual components.
